We can repin and string pianos, overhaul actions (including replacing any or all parts), repair soundboards, and make and install new pin blocks (the "heart" of the piano).  Because rebuilding involves many hours of work and hundreds of technical details, we have the rebuilding projects moved to our piano shop on east Colfax Avenue, where we have space, good light, work benches, and power tools available for our use.  Our turnaround time is six to twelve weeks, depending on  a number of factors, including some not under our control.

The customer is always welcome to visit our shop during the rebuilding process.  Some people like to make a portfolio of pictures of the piano as it goes through its various stages.  People are often amazed at the extent to which a piano can be disassembled and put back together into a piano again!
